I'm nearly finished with the 8 levels of Fundamental Strength Training for Phase 1, and I'm so glad this program exists. As someone with hEDS, I've struggled to find fitness content that actually meets me where I am and this program does exactly that. The focus on stability, low reps, and building a strong foundation was exactly what my body needed. I came away with so much more awareness of where my body is in space, better balance, and a genuine sense of what "stable" actually feels like. And when it came to equipment or space, I was able to get creative with my PT when my studio couldn't accommodate certain things which speaks to how adaptable the program is.
The videos are clear, easy to follow along, and never overwhelming. The self paced program is ideal as I was able to step away during flares and come back without pressure or guilt. This made it possible for me to actually *finish*, something I haven't always been able to say about other programs.
Thank you Parr PT for creating something that truly understands the hypermobile body. <3
